Spring & Summer Camps 2021

Ages 5-11

This year we are hosting 8 camps! One over spring break and 7 full-day summer camps packed with martial arts and character building. While our themes are designed to be fun and exciting they also are designed to tie closely to character lessons and skills, something no other summer camp offers!

Each week will feature a different theme, in addition to martial arts training. In addition we will discuss a life skill of the week which ties into the theme that we are working on.

With school out for the summer it is important for children to retain there focusing skills in a class room environment, and that is the “real” goal of this first week. Through the content of the classes we will tie in memory and concentration drills, and teach them how to focus and ignore distractions.

Our Camps are going to fill up, so make sure you get registered before they do, we’d love to have your child here. And don’t worry, we will make sure they get to spend time out in the sun as well!

This summer your child can have a great time exploring different martial arts concepts and techniques, while learning valuable life lessons.

Theme Weeks

Spring Camp (Mar 29-Apr 1) - Around the World with Martial Arts

Spring camp this year will be masks on while indoors and not eating / drinking as per MB Health Orders. So that leaves us with only one appropriate choice for a theme.... NINJA WEEK!

Sword fighting, ninja star throwing obstacle course clearing ninja training. Let's make the most of this spring break and get active and have fun. Please note that due to our reduced capacity we have changed our age range to 6-9 years old for this camp.

Cost $119 / child

Jedi Week (July 5-9)

Who doesn't want to be a Jedi? This week will be packed full of light saber training, agility drills and awareness drills. Jedi week is always a great time and always involves foam light saber battles worthy of a orchestra accompaniment.

Super Hero Week (July 12-16)

Learn to battle like a super hero! With giant foam weapons requiring super strength and obstacles requiring super agility and super speed to overcome. This week also includes our "Done With Bullying" curriculum as the real heros are needed outside of the movies.

World War Nerf (July 19-23)

Prepare for the most epic Nerf battle ever! With fort building, target shooting and a range of Nerf based games, this one isn't one your child will want to miss.

Action Star Week (July 26-30)

Learn some fight choreography and star in some action star movie clips

Pro-Wrestling Week (Aug 9-13)

Last year was our first pro-wrestling week and it was a blast. From learning to take a fall, create a gimic and learning how to perform the signature moves of the biggest stars of professional wrestling, slamming dummies has never been this much fun.

Weapons of the Ninja Turtles Week (Aug 16-20)

Swords, Staffs, Nunchaku, sai and throwing stars. This week will be about the weapons of the ninja turtles. Don't worry, we use foam ones. But we will be learning all about the different weapons of the turtles and having some truly epic battles.

Strongest in the World! (Aug 23-27)

This week will require strenght, and build even more of it. With training adapted from strongman competitions we will be doing atlas stone loads (with medicine balls and sandbags) and all the classic strongman events
