Day camps have been given the go ahead to operate without restrictions. However as health orders evolve over time we will be operating at a more limited number of spaces and adjusting our protocols and camp content to fit within guidelines set by the Province at the time of the camp.

This year we are hosting 10 camps! One over spring break and 9 full-day summer camps packed with martial arts and character building. While our themes are designed to be fun and exciting they also are designed to tie closely to character lessons and skills, something no other summer camp offers!
Each week will feature a different theme, in addition to martial arts training. In addition we will discuss a life skill of the week which ties into the theme that we are working on.
With school out for the summer it is important for children to retain there focusing skills in a class room environment, and that is the “real” goal of this first week. Through the content of the classes we will tie in memory and concentration drills, and teach them how to focus and ignore distractions.
Our Camps are going to fill up, so make sure you get registered before they do, we’d love to have your child here. And don’t worry, we will make sure they get to spend time out in the sun as well!
This summer your child can have a great time exploring different martial arts concepts and techniques, while learning valuable life lessons.
Martial arts have a huge variety, far more so then most people realize. In this week we will look at different types of martial arts from all over the world! Don't know the difference between Karate and Jiu-Jitsu? Our Spring camp will teach your child the difference.
From Karate to Judo to Wrestling to Fencing to Jiu-Jitsu... the martial arts is hugely diverse. Some do it for performance on a stage, others for self-defence, others for sport and others for cultural / historical reasons.
Who doesn't want to be a Jedi? This week will be packed full of light saber training, agility drills and awareness drills. Jedi week is always a great time and always involves foam light saber battles worthy of a orchestra accompaniment.
Learn to battle like a super hero! With giant foam weapons requiring super strength and obstacles requiring super agility and super speed to overcome. This week also includes our "Done With Bullying" curriculum as the real heros are needed outside of the movies.
Prepare for the most epic Nerf battle ever! With fort building, target shooting and a range of Nerf based games, this one isn't one your child will want to miss.
Want to be a action star? This week we will be adapting martial arts for performance and putting it on the screen! See if you have what it takes to create a action scene.
During this week we will be choreographing scenes and creating a trailer for a action film.
This summer will be the rise of Gru in theaters, but many more super villains will be born! Sometimes you have to understand what makes a villain in order to remain a hero.
From learning to take a fall, create a gimic and learning how to perform the signature moves of the biggest stars of professional wrestling, slamming dummies has never been this much fun.
Swords, Staffs, Nunchaku, sai and throwing stars. This week will be about the weapons of the ninja turtles. Don't worry, we use foam ones. But we will be learning all about the different weapons of the turtles and having some truly epic battles.
This week will require strengh, and build even more of it. With training adapted from strongman competitions, obstacle course and more! We will be doing atlas stone loads (with medicine balls and sandbags) and all the classic strength and agility events
The ultimate test of agility! Parkour week will have rolls, jumps, flips, climbs and more! Get a great workout and test your ability to clear obstacles with style.

Summer Camp registration is $159 / week (Super Villian Week is $135 as it is a 4-day week). Payment can be made either in full or with a 20% deposit and the balance due 1 week before each camp week begins.
