This is the class schedule for beginners, most people attend 2-3 classes per week. However, your may attend as often as they like with the web special.
You are also free to mix and match class types, or stick to one type of class.
If you haven’t been into the school just yet, please let me take this opportunity to tell you about how things will go for your first orientation class…
First, it’ll be a lot of fun, and you will get a great work-out. Before we start we will sit down and discuss your interests and make sure that we are a good fit for your goals. We want to make sure that we are a good fit for each other. During the introductory lesson you will learn some basic fundamentals along with some basic skills.
After the class we will sit down and go over the schedule, different programs available and which of them makes the most sense for you based on your interests and how the class went.
We’ve worked hard to create the best program available, In fact we have won the prestigious “Century Mark of Excellence Award” (The only Canadian School to do so) the last 2 years running, and have been voted the “Best Local Gym / Workout” in Winnipeg by the Winnipeg Free Press!
